Can I be granted a license without leasing any facility – whether in the Business, Logisitics or Social Cluster?

To qualify for and to hold a license, the applicant must be in possession of a valid lease for office space, warehouse space, or other in the Social Cluster within the Dubai CommerCity Free Zone, or have a service contract with Dubai CommerCity.
